I have been in Real Estate since 1987 and been exlcusively in mortgage lending since 1989. In addition to being a Sr Mortgage Consultant, I am also a Certified Financial PlannerTM and hold licenses in all areas of insurance.

As a Certified Financial PlannerTM I have a far more detailed fiduciary obligation than any other mortgage professional. I must always act in the best interest of my client – not myself or the lender. Being a CFP® allows me to give a full range of financial advice where others have to refer you to other professionals like a CPA.
